How Do I get a Quantum Leap?

I see lots of business owners struggle with their websites or their search engine rankings or their advertising campaigns or some other aspect of their marketing. Often, they just can’t seem to make much of a difference in spite of tweaks here and there. Invariably, that is a signal to step back and revisit your Positioning and/or your Unique Selling Proposition (USP)

When you have optimized as far as you can i.e. to the point of getting diminishing returns, the secret to getting a quantum leap is to:

  • check
    Revisit your Positioning within the marketplace. What is your area of specialty? Have you niched down to focus on a primary service or product offering. It is tough to succeed as a generalist
  • check
    Revisit your Unique Selling Proposition (USP) i.e. What is your unique offering to your market that no one else can replicate?

From experience, I have found that this is the only way to get a quantum leap – after you tried all the tweaks, and you are not making much headway.
