I am offering a FREE, 45 Minute Strategy Call via Skype or Telephone. My normal charge out rate for such a call would be $500. Totally without obligation.

During our session together, we will apply the BUSINESS MULTIPLIER SYSTEM (BMS) to YOUR business and provide you with a preliminary strategy and 30 Day Improvement Plan – right there on the spot. This will give you some important insights on how to best position your business in order to become more effective at targeting the best and highest paying clients.
Here is what we will achieve together on the call:
STEP 1 - IDENTIFY THE CONSTRAINT
It is not always obvious which area of your marketing you should focus on in order to get the fastest results. The temptation is always, just to dive in and improve all aspects – in parallel.
But, if there is a more systematic and efficient way to go about this, you will want to hear about it. If so, read on.
BUSINESS MULTIPLIER SYSTEM (BMS)
On our call together, we will make an initial assessment, as to where, in the above framework, your current bottleneck/constraint lies. Often the bottleneck/constraint is NOT where we initially expect. It usually takes a little brainstorming to separate cause from effect and to hone in on the true constraint.
Example: We may believe that our constraint lies in the “LEADGEN System” – i.e. we are not getting enough traffic to our website, when in fact, the real constraint may lie in the CONVERSION System – we are doing a poor job of converting our existing traffic to leads and eventually to paying clients. If this is the case, we have “leaky bucket” scenario on our hands where more traffic is simply wasted. We have to fix our CONVERSION problem first. That is where our CONSTRAINT lies. This is a very common scenario.
It is important to note, in any given system (in this case, your business) there may be many problem areas but (by definition), there can only be ONE true constraint or weakest link. We must take massive action to smash the constraint (at the expense of other tasks) in order to improve in the most efficient fashion.
STEP 2 – APPLY 30 DAY IMPROVEMENT CYCLE
After applying this logical thinking process to your specific situation we then put in place a 30 Day Improvement Cycle to address the first constraint. You can choose to implement this, totally on your own or, with help from me – whichever you prefer. The point is that you will walk away from the call with a very specific plan of action.
Below is the, more complete, improvement cycle process that I use with my private clients on an ongoing basis.
STEP 3 – RE-ASSESS AND REPEAT CYCLE
In practice, I like to apply at least one 30 Day improvement cycle and re-assess at the end of each month. It is possible to run say two or three improvement cycles, in parallel during any given month – but not too many. I have found by experience, that this rigorous approach is an extremely potent way to dramatically improve the performance of the business.
At the end of this strategy session one of three things will happen:
1. You love the strategy and decide to implement it on your own. If this is the case, I’ll wish you the best of luck and ask that you keep in touch with me to let me know how you are doing.
2. You love the strategy and ask to become my client so I can personally help you execute, maximise and increase profits as fast as possible. If that is the case, we will knock it out of the park. I look forward to working with you.
3. In the unlikely and unprecedented, event that that you feel like you are not getting any value from the strategy call, just let me know and we will immediately wrap the call up and get back to our busy schedules. We are all busy and I respect your time. So, no questions asked whatsoever.
It is really simple and there is no catch. The Strategy Call is not a sales pitch in disguise.
