- FREE 45 Minute Strategy Call: We start off with a FREE 45 Minute Strategy call where
- We agree on Revenue/Profit Goals
- Identify the Constraint: the #1 bottleneck preventing your business from achieving those results today
- Put in place your first 30 Day Improvement Cycle (which you can drive totally on your own – or with help from me)
- Regular Skype/Zoom/Phone Sessions: If you decide to seek my assistance on an ongoing basis, we drive the business improvement, together, using the above systemized approach. We are chasing fast results, so we will need to delegate tasks to either internal or external resources – whatever works best for you.
- An Online Coaching Platform: This will be your online vehicle for personal, one on one communication with me. As soon as we start working together, you will get access to the platform – and we will immediately get to work.
- Optionally: You can elect a higher level package for personal/face to face consulting to supplement and supercharge your results if you so choose...
NOTE: The above “service delivery” options are very secondary to your Return on Investment (ROI). We are going to set some aggressive performance goals and we are going to knock it out of the park!

How Much Will the Service Cost?
I will give you a detailed quote following our FREE 45 Minute Strategy Call – if you request that. If you decide to implement on your own, that is perfectly fine. However, as a guide, my charges for the above services are between $1500 and $10,000 per month – depending upon frequency of contact and how much face-to-face time is required. For clients requiring lots of face to face consulting, hands on project management or involvement at Board level we can work out a package that fits in with your budget and specific requirements.
